The media’s influence on purchase behavior is hard to measure but is no less real for that. The recent “The Media Comparisons Study” sponsored by TVB and Knowledge Networks, shows that Television is still the advertising medium with the highest reach and influence regarding purchase decisions and behaviors.
The most interesting result is that 61% of adults over 18 use social media, but only 6.8% have made purchase decisions based on information from social media.
